Accountabilities

• Oversee guest handling across airport touch-points, ensuring top-tier service and compliance with safety, security, and brand standards. 
• Meet KPIs, ancillary revenue, and customer service targets. 
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations, briefings, and updates. 
• Manage flight editing and special guest requirements (VIP, PRM and special categories). 
• Liaise with control teams to handle disruptions, emergencies, and service recovery. 
• Identify and report safety and security risks, escalating significant issues as needed. 

Education & Experience

• Have a Bachelor’s degree completed in the last three years 
• Are UAE nationals, aged 21 or older with a valid family book 
• Have a completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males) 
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken) 
• Are ready to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment 
• Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride 
• Are open to working at airports outside the UAE
